A warm welcome to everyone for 2010. We look forward to this terms activities in Room 15.

Trip on the Jane Gifford

Room 15 and the children from the Castle were very excited to be invited by Rodney North Harbour Health Trust on a sailing trip on the newly restored Jane Gifford.

The children, parents, caregivers and a keen group of elderly ones from Rodney North Harbour Health Trust met on the Warkworth wharf on March 4th to enjoy a river cruise along the Mahurangi River on the lovely Jane Gifford sailing scow. Wendy Hawkings, CEO of Rodney North Harbour Health Trust had organised a fun day out for all.

The class then enjoyed a picnic lunch in Lucy Moore Park and the children had a great time rolling down the hill!
