Can my child enter the Unit when he/she is five?

Children tend not to be ready for a Montessori Class at five. It is important for your child's social as well as academic development that they be given the opportunity to complete the age 3-6 cycle in preschool. Therefore, children enter the Montessori Unit around their sixth birthday.
